My goal in this life centers around breaking societal norms around how we are supposed to live our lives.

At the age of 23 I had just graduated from college and started working in Wealth Management. Three months into that job I realized I was sold a lie. Get good grades, go to college, get a job and your life will be incredible.
Will that wasn’t the case, I found myself commuting to work every day, working in a cubicle, hating the corporate hierarchy and with 2 weeks of vacation to spend through out the year. That’s when I found a podcast by the name of Bigger pockets, where the hosts were talking about a term called “financial freedom” through real estate investing. I dove headfirst into books, podcasts, and meetups.
Just 3 months later I ended up buying my first property a triplex that I moved into, and house hacked. Which means I rented out 2 of the 3 units to tenants and moved into the third.

Shortly after Covid hit, I ended up moving to South Florida and was looking for long term rentals to continue the process.
However, the numbers weren’t penciling out to what I was seeing in Chicago. That’s when a real estate agent introduced me to Short Term Rentals i.e. Airbnb. Over the next couple of years, I ended up buying properties in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. At this time, I was still working my W2 job and then November 17th of 2021 came and I asked my boss time off for Christmas, to visit my family and was denied to not having enough coverage in the office. That’s when I realized if I continued working this job, I would never truly have control of my time. I told my boss no worries I’m just going to put my two weeks in, and I went all in on Real Estate.
Then 2022 hit, interest rates started to rise and once again the numbers I was once seeing weren’t penciling out again. So, I shifted my focus to scaling an Airbnb management business, by managing Airbnb’s for others.

I decided to focus on homeowners that already owned Airbnb’s and were already paying another property manager but they were in pain due to not being provided the service they were promised, my business exploded.

I was documenting everything in this process on social media and people started reaching out to me on how I was able to build my business so quickly.
